How does DuoTrac work?
DuoTrac Golf’s 4-Dimensional (4D) tracks the golfer’s club face angle, transition, face angle at impact, and weight shift from 4 points in space (two club sensors, one at the grip and shaft, and a pair of hip sensors). Incorporating the measurement of additional reference points gives a complete statistical snapshot of your full swing plane and weight shift. It’s the sum of that data run through our analytics model that computes where the swing is off and how to correct it, doing so in a simple way.
Do I need a WiFi connection to access the App. on my phone?
No, just a Bluetooth connection from your mobile smartphone.
What are the shipping costs? Which countries will DuoTrac be available in?
DuoTrac is available worldwide. Free shipping for all domestic orders only within the Indiegogo community. $20 for all international orders.
What languages does DuoTrac support?
So far, only English. We will launch other languages in the near future.
Do I need to pair my sensors each time I play?
No, the sensors will automatically pair unless your device is turned off or needs to be recharged.
How much does DuoTrac weigh?
The sensors weigh approximately 4 grams each.
What makes DuoTrac better than other products?
DuoTrac quadruples the accuracy of other swing analyzers through its 4D model by incorporating weight shift to show proper transition and naturally align your hips with the target line right through impact.
Can you calibrate the club sensor to a target?
NO, but we will be working on that after our release.
Can you use the sensors on both driver and wood golf clubs?
Yes, you can use the sensors for both drivers and woods. We are in the process of making the sensors for putters as well.
Is the battery rechargeable, and what is the battery life?
Yes! The sensors have a rechargeable 250 mAH battery, which gives approximately 10 hours of continuous use or 2 months of an hour use per week. Since battery life lasts up to approximately 10 hours of continuous use, it’s best to save the energy to minimize recharging to once every 2 months if used an hour per week.
Do I need to charge my sensors one-by-one?
No, the USB four-port charging station that is included with every DuoTrac purchase allows you to charge up to four sensors at the same time.
How long does the battery last and how much use will I get out of it before needing a recharge?
10 hours of continuous use or 2 months of an hour use per week.
How do I recharge DuoTrac?
Each DuoTrac purchase comes with a USB four-port charging station.
Will I ever have to replace the battery within DuoTrac?
No!
Do I need to have a phone or tablet to view my game data?
Yes, there is a free, downloadable app that will track your game statistics and data week after week to provide you with the most insightful feedback possible.

Where does DuoTrac work?

Will DuoTrac be available for other sports?
DuoTrac is a multi-point, motion-tracking, portable sensor device and mobile app that can be used in multiple sports to analyze and improve swing performance. We are in the works of launching tennis, baseball, and football devices next.
Will it fit on my clubs?
Yes, DuoTrac comfortably fits at the grip, shaft, and on your hips.
How secure is DuoTrac when attached to my club?
If you secure it properly as instructed, it should not come off with normal swings. Any large vibrations or extreme mis-hits might loosen the sensors, but should be checked to make sure everything is secured before your next swing.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
